Die Araber übersetzten und benützten sein Werk; uns sind von seinen 13 Büchern über Arithmetik nur 6 erhalten (deutsch von Schulz, Berlin 1821), sowie sein Werk über die Polygonalzahlen (deutsch von Poselger, Leipzig 1810).
