Hansard (Hännsörd), Luke, geb. 1748 zu Norwich in England, Buchdrucker, wurde 1800 Drucker des Parlaments, in welcher Stellung ihm seine Söhne nachfolgten. »Hansardʼs parliamentary debates«, sind das wichtigste Werk für die neuere Geschichte, enthalten aber erst von 1782 an vollständige Parlamentsreden.
